Tools and Handling Technologies
We develop, produce and sell tools and equipment for the semiconductor range according to specifications.
Our strengths are the treatment of leadframes as well as the handling of electronic devices. To fulfil the
requirements of our customers we have extensive experience in the following ranges:
- Tools for cutting, perforating, bending, stamping and deflashing;
- Equipment for production processes under clean-room conditions;
- High frequency test sockets.

Mechanical Service
Our mechanical workshop offers quick turn-around on production of:
- Single parts according to drawing, including 3D-format/product overview
- Single parts according to examples (download specification)
- Rework of existing parts

Our in-house material stock of a wide range -- including exotic materials -- supports fast order processing.
