Safety and Environment

Work safety
We advise our customers in all matters of work safety and accident prevention. Our strategy is prevention
and training of the employees. Regularly held audits lead to continual improvement for our customers.
Participation in the creation of new rules, standards, validation of new laws, measurement and assessment
of environmental influences also belong to our service offer.
In addition we carry out the legal duties of the laser and radiation protection officer for our location customers.

Medical services
We attend to and care for our customers in case of medical emergency, work or travel accidents, and sickness.
Our infirmary is occupied during the early and late shift. We supervise and arrange the required
preventive medical checkups demanded by labour protection law and the regulations of the
employers ' liability insurance association .
The company physician, who is specially educated in occupational medicine, examines the
employees, consults on all questions of health protection, holds inspections and checks the
specifica and general legal guidelines for all employees.
We support overseas business trips with the necessary vaccinations and take care of effective
vaccination protection. We organize and hold courses for the legally required first aiders.

Environment protection
We support our customers in all questions of operational environment protection. This means we
take over duties and responsibilities from the officers for waste, water protection, hazardous goods,
emission protection and accident ranging from the formulation of an application for a permit
to auditing waste management companies. We observe the development of environmental legislation
and consult or train them and their employees.

Fire protection, Security
We advise our customers with know-how and innovative strategies and we look ahead to the challenges
of fire protection and security. In a partnership ith the authorities and insurance companies, we develop an
integrated plan for fire protection. Training, employee education and regular fire brigade drills are essential
components of the prevention plan.
A well-rehearsed security team offers our customers -- 24 hours a day -- optimized security,
access control, visitor registration, telephone exchange, inspection rounds, and clarification of loss notices.
